Reference ID What’s a Reference ID? A Reference ID is a 14 character alpha-numeric value that identifies a specific booking. When you schedule a balloon ride online a Reference ID is created to allow you to easily cancel an upcoming flight or to easily reschedule a flight for all the vouchers that were included in the specific booking. The Reference ID is displayed on your scheduling confirmation page as well as included in the scheduling confirmation email you would’ve received if you supplied us with your email address. Schedule Your Flight You can book your flight online with Sundance Balloons. In the bottom left hand corner of each of your flight vouchers you will find a "Voucher ID" and an "AuthCode."
